With a strong focus on the Education sector, Uniformsly has earned a reputation for providing tailored and reliable uniform solutions to schools, colleges, pre-schools, nurseries, and other educational institutions across the UAE.
As part of our ambitious growth strategy to capture the entire UAE market within the Education sector, we are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Business Development Specialist.


Roles and Responsibilities:

1- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Utilize online research, databases, and industry resources to identify potential leads within the UAE education sector.
2- Pre-Qualification and Research:
Conduct in-depth research on each potential lead, gathering information about their current uniform providers, challenges, and preferences.
3- Achieving Targets and Outcomes:
(a)Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and contribution to closed deals. (b) Regularly review progress against targets and make necessary adjustments to stay on track. (c) Use a data-driven approach to analyze performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
4- Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a sales support or lead generation role is highly desirable. Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and an understanding of the sales process. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple leads concurrently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and engage potential customers effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
5- CRM Management and Sales Tools:
6- Regular Follow up:
Percentage increase in customer, Customer Feedback score on follow-up experience, 30% conversion rate on motivated lead.
