Working hours: ( Rotation shift throughout the day, including late night shifts) = 8 hours working+1 hour break
Salary: AED 2000- AED 2500 + INCENTIVES EQUAL TO SALARY
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls.
Build sustainable relationships with customers.
Dealing with confused or irritated customers and having patience and staying polite, even in stressful situations is helpful.
Manage and update customer databases.
Make sales recommendations for the product or services that may better suit clients.
Ensuring that the customer is satisfied with our products and services and building a healthy working relationship.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customer
Requirements:-
High school diploma or equivalent 0-3 year's of experience
Self motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability on intense situation
Strong oral, verbal communication skills preferable in South languages
Basic knowledge of relevant IT systems
