Job Description

*MUST HAVE CASE PROCESSING EXPERIENCE IN IMMIGRATION*

We are seeking energetic individuals with strong processing skills for the position of CASE OFFICER profession to join our team, who will process the Immigration programs of Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe.

Job Responsibilities

-Should have knowledge about the process of Work permits.
-Should have knowledge about the process of Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe.
-Meeting clients for submission of documents, explanation of immigration process, procedures, and documentation assistance.
-Making online assessment applications for listed occupations.
-Informing clients of the progress of their applications.
-Responding to questions from clients on programs and services and providing information, advice, and guidance on -program and service requirements.
-Conducting fact-finding with clients; assessing and deciding on which services they are eligible for a what -information to provide them.
-Verifying and authenticating client identity a supporting documentation.
-Coordinating with the lawyers for the cases of clients.
-Creating an online application for Permanent Residence.
-Applying knowledge of relevant policies and procedures regarding government services.
-Dispatching clients' documents for further processing of their application.
-Explain the reasons for acceptance or denial of claims to clients who may be dissatisfied with the decision.
-Requirement: MUST HAVE PRIOR CASE PROCESSING EXPERIENCE (min 2 to 3 years)
