1. Installation and configuration of IP CCTV systems and associated Access Control Systems
2. Evaluate signal quality and performance with computers, networks and software
3. Repair and Configuration of CCTV systems
4. Utilization of Technical Manuals from Manufacturers to Troubleshoot Systems
5. Selling of new services to Customers and Updating existing Clients on the Trending Products
6. Complete the Paper work as directed by the Management
7. Conducting Yourself and Work Ethics
Minimum 2 years installation / service experience
Be familiar with a wide range of manufacturers ( Hik-vision ,Ubiquiti ,Dahua ,UNV ,D-link ), IP systems, NVRs and DVRs
Be able to provide full service troubleshooting & repair of systems in an efficient & professional manner.
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Be able read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, specifications, operation manuals, etc.
Professional manner with external and internal customers
Ability to work overtime as required and participate in on-call schedule
