· Manage the Project Lifecycle including development, design, procurement & construction
· Direct the project team to ensure timely and quality completion of the projects
· Responsible for project delivery and training of the team of engineers
· Lead project development and manage various tasks in the solar projects including offtake, permission, land, community relations, financing, stakeholder management and related budget
· Provide support to the Business Development team
· Supervise project activities from start till execution including, designing, procurement, execution, site management, testing & commissioning of Power plant project（conventional and renewable power ）
· Responsible for establishing the schedule and budget of commercial and utility-scale solar projects, and ensure that the deliverables are met through the life of the project
