Responsibilities:
Manage small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging proble. · Oversee and mentor staff.
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 1-2 years experience with equivalent UAE Certificate. Must have excellent knowledge on design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD | Project management and supervision skills | Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
