1. Working on Projects and Maintenance.
2. Preparing of Estimation and Costing, BOQ of projects with respect to Design of roads, culvert, buildings, warehouse, laboratories, feed mill, Minor bridges, steel structures and ponds related work like dykes and Bed formation, installation of HDPE Liner sheet.
3. Preparing of Project Charter and ensure timely and correct response to end-user and bidder’s inquiries and detailed scope, key performance indicators(KPI),Summary of Projects and most accurate cost estimation.
4. Maintain, control and optimize the change management process through the organization’s ongoing projects.
5. Appropriate relationship across a wide range of contractor types and suppliers.
6. Preparation of project Completion certificate, work order and certification of sub-Contractor bills.
7. Prepare the quantities for civil work, MEP work and calculate the abstract steel required.
8. Attend and participate in meeting with project presentation.
9. Perform other duties related to project deliverables as directed by a company Superior.
10. Preparing the most efficient techniques and practices in cost estimation for new projects and any new opportunities.
11. Evaluating project Progress, taking adequate corrective actions, and schedule, planning the work order and organize the plant and tools efficiently.
12. Taking responsibilities and monitoring ongoing civil work such as RCC work, concreting, masonry, plastering etc. at all stages.
13. Managing all equipment, machinery and materials Requirements for the sites with the proper coordination with site’s team members at correct date and time.
14. Follow up with the sub-contractor for execution of works as well as inspection.
15. Reviewed and evaluation quotation to be incorporated in the proposal.
16. Providing Specialist Direction on Unusual or Difficult Engineering Issues.
17. Liaising with Client Representatives, Other Professionals within Design
Teams during Construction.
18. Encouraging Continuous Improvement through the Measurement And
Reporting of the Key Operational Aspects to Senior Project Manager.
19. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
20. Ensuring That All Design Work That Is Produced On a Project is of a
Sufficient Quality to Avoid Errors or Rework.
21. Monitoring of all manpower works productivity and inspects to ensure high quality standards.
1. Ensure about expected Basic salary 7000 SAR monthly.
