Civil Forman / Supervisor
We are looking to hire a CIVIL FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR #Urgently
Roles & Responsibilities.
· Executing building construction projects especially finishing works within the allocated time frame through the proper understanding and studying of the drawings and specifications.
· Overseeing the coordination of construction works and ensuring that they are in accordance with priorities and plans.
· Producing schedules and monitoring the attendance of crew.
· Inspecting construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are utilized in full scope to avoid their idleness.
· Identifying and resolving problems that may arise during construction processes.
· Implementing safety precautions while also ensuring that quality standards are met.
· Reporting the daily progress of construction projects to the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
Ø Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Ø Must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering
Ø Must possess a valid QID with a transferable visa and NOC.
Ø Preferably possess a valid Qatar Driving License but not mandatory.
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary package will be discussed during interview process.
