We are looking for a civil project engineer with 10 years’ experience of working in the development of Residential Palaces in GCC. The Candidate will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling the project related to all Civil, MEP, HVAC & interior fit out works in the Palace.
> Preferably Arabic & English speaker.
> Holding UAE driving license.
Key Responsibility;
> Strong knowledge of Civil, MEP,HVAC & interior fit outs works in the palace.
> Review the work progress on daily basis and ensure work has been completed within set timeframe.
> Ensure quality of work as per standard & the use of proper constructi work techniques.
> Monitor and supervise any ongoing work variation or changes.
> Supervise and manage control on workers engage in project & maintenance delivery.
> Ensure that all the work that is done by the company's contractors is compliant with the
guidelines and according to the issued work permit and risk assessments.
> Preparing and tracking inventory.
> Understand the design process related to interior design & exterior of the building.
> Ensure all M works carried out with using advance technology to maintain safety measures of the building
