Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the UAE or GCC region.
Thorough understanding of local regulations, codes, and permitting processes related to civil engineering projects in Dubai and the broader UAE.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multicultural teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
