Materials Procurement Engineers (civ for a construction company in Riyadh
Candidate Requirements:
-bilingual Arabs.
-based in Riyadh.
-can join immediately with transferable iqama.
-min 7 years experience in construction procurement.
-having a bachelor's degree in civ engineering.
-experienced in construction procurement, cost analysis, cost estimation, technical submittals, MTOs, long lead items, linking project schedule to MRP, drafting and managing construction contracts, risk assessme, procurement process and doentation cycle.
-having a big database of subcontractors and material suppliers in Saudi.
-Knowledgeable with construction material quality material inspection (MIR), materials prices and installation rates in the Saudi market.
-having a car.
-Package: 10K-13K SAR
