Must have ability to understand the job assigned of cleaning and all cleaning materia. Must have knowledge to manage and operate all equipments used for cleaning, must be efficient to manage the staff effectively. preference to have driving licence and to work under pressure in required timeframe. must be polite and soft spoken to deal with various types of customers and to achieve quality in performing all jobs assigned. to ensure staff are provided guidance and knowledge , also must be capable of training them whenever required.
