•Supervised at least 100 on call cleaners
•Find everyday clients (telemarketing)
•Scheduling and assigning specific duti to cleaners
•Assist the driver supervisor with client's location
•Prepare everyday collections report
•Train new joining staff and make sure that they are well trained before they will be mobilized
•At least 2-years experienced with the same field
•Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing and even in listening
•Arabic speaking is an advantage
•Must be outstanding in coordinating with clients, cleaners and driver’s supervisor.
•Excellent decision making ability
•Must be proactive in the line of duty
•Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team or lead a team
•Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelin.
•Age below 35 yrs old
