Providing supervision and training to all new and existing staff
Dealing promptly with all grievances from both staff and club members
Improving the club’s marketing strategy and workshopping ways to increase revenue
Provide clients with superior services, products, and guidance
Direct supervise and assist with event marketing, preparation, and cleanup. Schedule events regularly to drive new membership and build community awareness
Ensure that club facility and equipment are always kept clean, attractive, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations
The candidate should have at least 2 years experience in a managerial position.
