We’re looking for the candidate having experience with ARAMCO Projects:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in the capacity of Construction Manager in big construction projects.
Oversee, manage and direct construction project from begging to end.
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the project to come up with the budget and deliverables.
Establish working schedules and objectives for the entire project and supervising the overall progress.
Review and monitor the project in-depth & ensure schedule of all the deliverables.
Supervising the project to ensure that it is progressing as expected, reporting its status to Project Management and the client on a regular basis.
Establish risk factors, then manage and mitigate them to ensure the construction goes on smoothly.
Leads job site walk downs and all meetings with engineering, construction, and contract management personnel.
Ensure that the construction project complies with all ARAMCO safety and building regulations.
Should be locally available.
