Duties & Responsibilities :
\[ Identification of resources and requirements assign responsibilities and coordinate with project staff directly and indirectly to ensure successful completion of project.
\[ Preparation of Project Schedule, Implementation Plan, Identify Stake holders, Risk management Plan, Communication plan.
\[ Track project progress using project management tools.
\[ Supervise and coordinate for timely delivery of engineering-related equipment.
\[ Deliver status reports to senior management regularly
\[ Coordinate with budget section related to project matters
\[ Attend the meeting with client (Saudi Aramco) to discuss the issues and concerns on site and progress.
\[ Analyzed possibilities for shutdown to complete the scope related to shut down so that there is no impact on Plant operations and productions
\[ Finalized the activities which are necessary during shutdown with Saudi Aramco
\[ Finalized the schedule with duration by preparing Level-3 schedule and negotiation with the client
\[ Identified of hazards during shutdown Prepared of Cut-over packages, shutdown packages for approval from plant operations, Proponent, NGPD, NGED, PSED, POD and PMT
\[ Prepared of Outage request by analyzing the limits required, Line equipment required for the isolation and approval
\[ Preparation of Energization packages which is necessary to energize the equipment and switchyard after shutdown to comply requirements
\[ Arrangement of Materials, logistics, manpower, finalizing sub-contractors, vendors
\[ Support for site engineers for work permit issuance, gate passes
\[ Strong coordination with POD for line clearance, isolation, clearance receiver to start work on given time and to complete as per schedule
\[ Coordinated with for preparation of shutdown check list so avoid violations as per standard and comply SA and SEC standards
\[ Coordination with SEC for isolation of Line (LC)
\[ Detail study of safety requirements and standards, risk management to complete the activities in safe manner
\[ The candidate shall be well aware to Saudi Aramco standards.
\[ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable.
\[ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
\[ Planning work schedules for the job, using project management software
\[ Monitoring progress, costs and checking the quality of work.
\[ Making sure the work meets legal requirements and Building Regulations
\[ Reporting regularly to the client
\[ Review the work progress on daily basis
\[ Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks &
\[ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
