Strategic Planning of Operations management of the company.
Manage and oversee the performance and budget of projects and operations for all departments.
Point of contact of the Managing Director to report on all technical and operational activities.
Ensure all department heads are fully aware of the strategic objectives of the division.
Establish and monitor performance-reporting systems.
Coordinate with the Finance Team on financial performance of company's operations including the refrigerant, industrial gases and future operational assets.
Identify the training and developmental priorities in conjunction with the management and ensure that staff are adequately skilled to meet the future requirements of the operation.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Operations Management or Business Administration or equivalent and Master’s Degree in Operations Management or Business Administration is preferred.
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in Operations Management in refrigerant and industrial gases
preferably with experience in the G East
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role.
Proficiency in English, other language is desirable
