1. Set up workstation with all the required ingredients, tools and equipment.
2. Studying recipes, setting up menus and prepa quality dishes.
3. Ensure freshness of food and discard expired items.
4. Monitor stocks and place orde when required.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including proper handling of tools and equipment.
1. Minimum of 3 years work experience as a co in a private household.
2. Preferably Filipino male, but may consider Filipino female depending on qualifications and experience.
3. Experience in local and international dishes (western and the far east).
4. Can communicate understandable English (must) and Arabic (advantage, but not required).
5. With high level of professionalism, discipline and punctuality.
6. Can work as a team as well as independently.
7. Can handle high pressure.
8. Should know how to run a smooth kitchen operation.
