Summary of Role:

Supports retaining and progressing strategies for all recruited Association member & students in line with Association’s strategy in the region.



Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Line Manager in developing student retention and progressions strategies.
Grow the numbers of students by managing the prospect conversion.
Represent CIMA and organises career talks, competitions and other campus activities to create interest amongst prospective students.
Attends all prospects’ enquiries face-to-face or through phone call and email by delivering CIMA’s products and services.
Maintain student attrition at levels indicated based on regional strategy.
Supports students on registration process and ensure subscriptions payment timely.
Leads in lapsing and progression targets.
Take accountability for all local policies and processes and ensure the office is compliant under UAE law and that a business continuity plan is in place.
Provides administrative support as day-to-day activities such as data input for generating reports.
Any other relevant projects or tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Persuasive and influencing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Problem-solving skills - develop and implement solution across CIMA’s team and third parties.
Able to deploy a range of communication skills - diplomacy, active listening and clear articulation.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
High level of Initiative – a strong self-starter.
High work ethic and targets-oriented.


Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administrations, Marketing or equivalent field.
At least one (1) year related working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in educational institution or professional bodies.
Excellent command in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

Written and spoken in local language (Arabic) is an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements
