We are looking for a corporate ticketing specialist who can work with our corporate clients to manage their corporate travel arrangements. You will act as travel managers and take on tasks related to booking flights and accommodation, arranging travel visas, and providing travel support while employees travel for business. We are finding an ambitious and eager to work to a challenging environment with a positive attitude.
Provide flights bookings, hotel reservations, visas, transportati, activities, and special travel related requests of our corporate clients.
Provide creative air fare ticketing principles to source the best fares when applicable. i.e., split or combination ticketing across all booking channels
Apply critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems and resolve difficult situations
Notifies clients with any changes or modifications on the flights such as delay, cancellations, others, etc.
Communicates with airport team and visa check team to coordinate check-in procedures and formalities with assigned parties whenever required.
Contribute positively to the work environment and operations by developing collaborative relationships with colleagues. Assist other ticketing specialists as needed, share knowledge and experience, and operate independently within the team framework
Act as a resource for activities, meetin, and destinations
Perform other duties as specified by Ticketing Management
Ability to do Invoices per client’s request
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2-3 Years’ experience in Travel and Tourism
Have experience with Corporate Ticketing
Graduated from Colle on Tourism,Tourism Management, Travel and Tourism or related course
Have IATA Certificati
Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Multi-tasker, Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong knowledge with Microsoft tools; especially WORD and EXCEL
Should have basic accounting knowledge; can do invoicing is a must
Excellent knowledge of computer reservations system; GALILEO AND AMADEUS
