Fly High Operations is pleased to announce the launch of Tethered Helium Balloon adventure rides in the United Arab Emirates. We aim to onboard resources as part of the initial ramp-up team.
Fly High Balloon Operations is in the launch stage of its ride at various locations, the incumbent (Country Manager) will be responsible for setting up operations at all sites & would ultimately be responsible for running the operations smoothly.
Job Responsibilities include :
Pre-Launch Phase
• Define & strategize the infrastructure required for setting up the operations at multiple locations in the United
Arab Emirates
• Help built a project team for setting up operations at multiple sites
• Coordinate with various regulatory agencies for initial approvals
• Build relations with location owners to solicit all the required support for the launch
• Be ultimately responsible for delivering on committed launch timelines
• Work closely with consultants & contracting agencies for timely execution of projects
• Build / nurture local partners & suppliers
Post Launch Phase
• Manage administrative responsibilities and relations with all public and government departments
• Responsible for top-line growth
• Responsible for hiring operations team. Build & mentor a customer-focused organization
• Be the face of the organization front-ending with all regulatory agencies
• Accountability for Safety & Security protocols as mandated by the various regulatory authorities
• Build relationships with all existing & potential business partners like F&B, Advertising agencies, etc
• Build contact with various travel agencies, hotels, and tour operators to include the ride in their travel packages.
Experience Requirements:
• Prior 10-12 years of experience in a leadership position in any theme park, amusement ride, or
adventure sports
• Fluency in English & Arabic languages
• Natural leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with UAE safety & security protocols applicable to amusement rides.
• Computer literacy skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
• Must possess a UAE driving license
• Excellent people management, time management, problem-solving & multi-tasking skills
