We are looking to hire a highly-skilled tailor to construct, alter, modify, and repair Curtains and Blinds. The tailor's responsibilities include to Cut, sew, and put together fabrics and linings for curtain assembly and completion.
Blind Stitch hems and finished edges of curtains. Cut and measured fabrics ensuring matching and identical headers, inspection of finished product for flaws, properly folding and hanging of curtain.
To be successful as a tailor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of different curtain styles and methods. Ultimately, an exceptional tailor should demonstrate excellent communication, time management, sewing, and problem-solving skills to ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided
Tailor Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a curtain tailor, minimum 5 years
• Sound knowledge of fabrics as well as curtain design and construction.
• The ability to use a sewing machine.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Outstanding sewing skills.
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Detail-oriented.
