Your role will include:
- Help customers processing orders
- Give customers information about products and services
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Updating company social media pages
- Packaging of customer items
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Customer orientation and ability to ada to different types of characters
Job requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficient in English
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Good social media skills
- Good at typing
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
