* Contribute to the companys growth by improving the number of connections using pleasant and informative conversations
* Maintain neccessary call log details using the latest technology available in the company's cloud or digital data base
* Offer optimium call support service by initaiting conversations in a respectful and welcoming tone
* Must be fluent and have a good articulation in english
* At least a high school diploma is prefered
