Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls,
•Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction,
•Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution,
•Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file doents,
•Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies,
•Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times,
•Responding promptly to customer inquiries,
•Communicating with customers through various channels,
•Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
REQUIREMENT:
•Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset,
•Comfortable using computers and managing phone calls,
•Experience working with customer support,
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset,
•Must possess a professional presentation,
•Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure,
•Proficiency in spoken and written English must, Arabic,Hindi,Urdu.
