This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Assistant at 6thMove Relocations located in Dubai. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries , providing customer support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will require working closely with our team of experienced professionals to coordinate and execute relocation services. An ideal candidate for this role has a positive can-do attitude and enjoys helping others. Someone who wants to learn and grow in her role. Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and customer support
Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Ability to handle customer complaints with sensitivity and professionalism
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Management of office admin tasks (organization of courier services, doent filing, updating of doents)
Management of the office’s general mailbox
Update of presentations for clients and corporates
Experience in the relocation industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
