Job Description

• Answers customers’ queries
 
• Understands and fulfill customer needs and requirements.
 
• Maintains positive attitude during customers’ interactions.
 
• Ensures sales activities are handled in line with store policy.
 
• Supports in solving customer concer.
 
• Works in coordination team to provide excellent customer service.
 
• Keeps all company information including sales figures strictly confidential.
 
• Follows store policies and guidelines.
 
• Demonstrates high problem solving skills
 
• Follows-up on pending customer issues with effective use of computer applications and telephone etiquette.
 
• Being aware of business KPIs and objectives.
 
• Being aware of all in-store promotions, such as discounts, credit, free coupons, raffle draws and etc.
 
• Contributes to cost control and minimizing theft measures
 
• Experienced in dealing with customers, and has a good knowledge on customer care.
 
• Ability to handle customer requests, schedule deliveries and customer service requests.
 
• Basic Knowledge of all new typ of computer and smartphone connected electronics like wearable technology and connected home.
 
• Ability to Read and Write Arabic and English Languages.
