We have opened the new branch in Dubai and looking for Lady who works as Customer Services Representative. Attractive salary, Medical plus other benefits will be provided. Representative must be graduated and have fluency in English.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
•Manage incoming phone calls
•Follow up sales & purchase orders.
•Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right metho
•Coordinate with sales team and follow up with purchase orders.
•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
•Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file doents
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
•Take the extra mile to engage sales team and customers.
