Job Description

The Customer Solutions Manager will be responsible for combining the project management of solutions to be implemented on own platforms (Cloud, Security, IoT), and service and contract management throughout the project duration. This role will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.

Must have over 6 years’ experience with Cloud services (networking, compute, storage, backup, managed services).
Proven experience in Project Management and Customer Relationship management.
Demonstrated experience and with VMWare, Microsoft Cloud and AWS services (or related services or projects)
Great Telco industry knowledge and ability to write and structure project and service reports (Project Management and Service Delivery – SLAs).
Must be able to communicate effectively about the project and service delivery to C-Level and Management audience (high level to deep low level technical)
General understanding and comfort with financial of projects and services
Good leadership skills; self-motivated; team player with a can-do attitude
Technical certifications in design are well considered
Great understanding of products in the cloud computing industries an asset.
Responsible for delivering projects based on cloud / security / IoT platforms
Responsible of execution on the IT transformation plan as agreed on the proposal on time and budget
Coordination with IT onboarding teams for the cloud delivery and provisioning tasks
Coordination of external third parties for the additional IT services or technologies that might be needed
Responsible for checking SLA compliance after delivery completion
Periodic reporting with customers about service health, requests, issues and escalations
Translate customer IT requests into actionable operational plans and
Takes care of the profitability of the project according to BC parameters
Upsells new project thanks to knowledge of customer and intimacy
