Job brief
We are looking for a talented data analyst for our online video streaming platform. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing real-time data, as well as evaluating the resulting overall performance of the platform. The candidate will be expected to report back to management on a daily basis. Therefore, the candidate must be a team player, and be passionate about adapting the platform in order to match our company ethos of good communication and constant improvement. The candidate will also be expected to analyze customer behavior (including monitoring customer feedback) and make evidence based suggestions on how user experience can positively evolve, and performance KPIs can be reached.
Responsibilities
• Using advanced computerized models to extract the data needed
• Removing and reporting corrupted data
• performing initial analysis to assess the quality of the data
• performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data
• performing final analysis to provide additional data screening
• preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management
