We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our daycare team in Dubai. As a daycare staff member, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and monitoring children's activities to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Engaging children in age-appropriate activities, including games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
Assisting with meal and snack times, ensuring that children are provided with nutritious food and drinks.
Changing diapers and assisting with toilet training as needed.
Collaborating with other daycare staff members to plan and implement daily schedules and routines.
Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child's progress and any relevant information.
Maintaining a clean and organized daycare environment, including sanitizing toys and play areas regularly.
Following all health and safety protocols and procedures, including emergency response protocols.
Attending staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.
Certification in early childhood education or related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Valid CPR and first aid certification preferred.
Ability to pass a background check.
