• Maintain an effective Compliance Monitoring System.
• Provide periodic Compliance Monitoring reports to Safety and Compliance Monitoring Manager.
• Audit or arrange to audit the Compliance Monitoring of all processes at the company.
• Conduct Annual Reviews of the Compliance Monitoring System.
• Facilitate audits as conducted by the EASA and other regulatory bodies.
• Maintain an effective Safety Management System.
• Plan and organize safety training as required.
• Aviation Compliance Monitoring Course (or similar Complian qualification)
• Solid experience in a similar position, such as a Complian Manager, Safe Investigator
• Very confident with Safety and Compliance Monitoring Systems (management and implementation)
• Exposure to EASA, Part-ORA.
