Responsibilities:
Perform the services as per SOP standards. Conduct pre-checks for the treatment before beginning the client session. Explain servi process, benefits, machines used, pre and post treatment care, etc. to the client; For existing client, check on previous session experience before conducting the session; Provide service to the client as per booked service e.g. lasers, peels, facials, etc.; Gauge the need for Doctor Intervention, if required during or after service. Cross sell products and maintain stock with the objective of achieving smooth clinic operations, enhancing client satisfaction and retention within the limits imposed by operations processes and local regulatory requirements. Need identification and analysis of client skin, hair and body. Drive Inputs by highlighting client concern and recommending dermatologist meet up. Recommend service line basis the initially diagnosis of client’s skin and suitable services.
