Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders


The overall scope of the position is to analyse and manage the hotel’s website and its positioning, manage online marketing activities and the production of creative assets for display campaigns and website content. An expert in understanding financial analysis, newsletter databases, Social Media management, website design, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics and e-marketing strategy. A strong sense of detail orientation is needed to ensure high-quality content and representation online.



Key Responsibilities:

• Website development and content Management as well as 3rd parties’ websites and other digital platforms of the hotel

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Manage and prepare the Hotel e-newsletter and its database

• Social Media Management

• Digital Marketing Strategy, establish, develop and implement the hotel’s annual advertising plan for online channels

• Analyze the website production, user behaviour, site performance, source of referrals, etc; and act accordingly

• Actively check rate parity issues ensuring public rate alignment and protecting the rate integrity of the brand.com

• Assist in implementing corporate and regional initiatives

• Manage and take ownership of projects given by the Corporate and Regional Offices

• Attend and actively participate in the hotel's weekly revenue meeting and participate in creating packages and promotions.

• Create and provide monthly reports to Senior Management

• Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.



Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing (preferably from the hospitality or luxury industry.

Must Know To Create Creatives & Video editing

• Strong interest in online media and digital innovations

• Fluency in English is imperative, other international language skills shall be advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programmes

• Proficiency in Google Analytics and strong analytics skills

• Hotel operations a revenue management experience are a plus

• Impeccable follow-through and time-management skills

• Ability to analyse data, make meaningful conclusions and base sound decisions and strategies

• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate a positive and confident attitude; energetic, enthusiastic, and committed

• Proactivity and ability to “think outside of the box”
