Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Reporting to: Marketing Manager / Operations Manager
Job Description and Responsibilities

•Knowledgeable and has the technical expertise in Shopify and other digital marketing platforms
•Experienced in online retail marketing
•Knowledgeable in Amazon
•Technical know-how in SEO

Annual Marketing Plan Implementation:Understand and fulfil Annual marketing plan with budget alignmentImplement revenue targeted Month activities assigned to youAssist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting and sustainable digital connection with clients.Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

Irony Home WEBSITE in charge:Website Performance:
oLead Irony Home Website revamp and further development
oManage in full the frontend and backend of the website.
oUploading of images on the website
oManage any technical concerns related to the website functionality, daily monitor the website functionality, ensure that there are no erro
oControl Website availability via all digital marketing channels approved and used by the company
oWebsite MaintenanceLead strategized campaigns to increase traffic on website (drive traffic, coordinate content creation and its implementation) leading to salesClient Data:
oMaximise B2C customer interest and sales levels by displaying products on website (on-line shop) appropriately under the BDM supervision
oCreate and maintain an accurate client’s database (name, mobile, address, specifics)
oAnalyze insights of the website (ex. heat maps) and draw conclusio for this that will help in our strategy planningSupport for Inbound / Web Sales and Customer Experience
oLiaise with sales and procurement regarding produc to ensure brand consistency
oSupport sales to drive new qualified leads
oManage inbound enquiries and support new customers in their
decision and onboarding journey
oManage customer’s orders from A-Z:
Get enquiries and coordinate with the team on particularsQuotation: work closely with the design team on each project requirements, accountant and production team, involve operation and installation manager for the installation and dismantli to clientCoordinate delivery schedule with customersReport status of each delivery: collect all doents, cost generated, expenses (if any) and report it to your Line Manager and to Finance.Close the order by recording it in ShopifyPrepare reports demonstrating the progress of the main annual plan on a monthly basis / quarterly basis to your Line Manager
oSupport customer success and retention activities, working closely with Content Creator on campaign elements and content.


Digital Marketing Strategy and ImplementationIdentify social, marketing and technology trends and insights to for Irony Home’s digital strategy and marketing effectiveness in the brilliant categoryPlan, develop and implement digital media campaigns aligned with business goalsSupport the team in developing and implementing growth strategies across all digital channelsAllocate marketing budget in consultation with BDMManage SEO and SEMIdentify digital marketing trends, assess competition and recommend to your Line Manager possible action plansLead, strategize and deliver campaignsPlanning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media and across all digital platformsLaunching optimised online advertisements to increase company and brand awarenessMeasure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)Analysis, Tracking and Reporting
oRun necessary analysis (Web traffic insights, heatmaps, etc.)
oMonitor marketing ROI and KPIs
oTrack and report weekly on performance of digital strategy and
activity with an eye to continuous improvement
oExtract insights from analytics data that help the company better
understand its customers, and inform business and marketing decisionsCampaigns deliverables

InventoryProducts upload properly per the guidelines in ShopifyEnsures that the inventory is checked and properly implemented in both Shopify and Zoho (pics are loaded, pictures are with high resolutions and proper description and pricing) in close coordination with Procurement on items available and their pricing

ReportingPrepare reports on a week basis:
oWebsite (bi-monthly)
oCampaigns performances and achievements (weekly/bi-monthly)
oInventory Status in Shopify and Zoho (weekly basis)

OthersAny projects that will be passed on by the MD that need to be worked on (from developing plans to execution of events, depending on the requirements)
