Scope and Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital campaigns. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms, including developing strategies to increase traffic, establishing schedules for the release of articles or blog posts, and monitoring performance to measure the success of the campaign.
 In addition to experience in digital marketing, the right candidate will possess a growth mindset. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
 
Responsibilities:
Form part of the company steering committee that will set the strategy and KPIs for the online proposition.
Cultivate an innovative and brand-stylish website & Mobile Apps that will drive new traffic and deliver a seamless online experience that will turn visitors into customers, whilst maximizing profitability of our online business.
Oversee all website & Mobile Apps content and creative direction, ensuring the content is measured and optimized.
Oversee management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels.
Conduct and report analysis of the site and social traffic.
Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs.
Create, maintain, and implement a digital marketing and editorial calendars.
Plan and execute multiplatform digital marketing campaigns.
Plan and manage our social media platforms.
Define the email marketing strategy for performance-based emails responsible for driving online sales 
Oversee email marketing and lead nurturing efforts. 
Own the use of marketing technology platforms. 
Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy. 
Act as the community manager on social media accounts.
Work with the leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process. 
Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities. 
Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth.
Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities. 
Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on.
Manage, monitor and optimize digital campaigns across Facebook, Google, Instagram.
Plan and execute all web, S, SMS, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Drive a segmented CRM approach which feeds on customer data and insights
Lead a team and manage budget across digital marketing.

Manage regular reporting of onsite analytics & performance for data driven decisions in order to maximize conversion and online sales.
Ensure the effective day to day running of the website & Mobile Apps, working closely with internal developers and external tech agencies for ongoing development to ensure a seamless UI / UX for our customers
