Job Description

- Processing online orders, returns, replacements, adjustments, warranties and installations.
- Handling inbou phone calls, emails and chats from online customers.
- Verifying customer account and ordering information.
- Tracking deliveries, installation, and inventory, pricing and ensuring all customers’ needs are met.
- Managing customer issues ensuring 100% customer satisfaction including but not limited to telephone and email follow up.
- Engage customers through a dynamic CRM system
- Arabic knowledge is a plus.
- Manage backend CRM requirements uptodate.
- Working with Sales, Marketing and our Operations Team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

- Management Social Media Platform

- Knowledge of website management & designs


Candidate Requirements

- Filipino preferred
