Driver Multi-Technician For A Small Facilities Maintenance Company In Dubai
Please apply only if you meet below mandatory requirements -
1. Certificate or Diploma (ITI) in Electrical, Mechanical / HVAC (Mandatory - must have technical qualification).
2. 2-3 years relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance - multiple trade lines MEP (UAE Experience Mandatory).
3. Mandatory - Clean & Valid Light Vehicle License is a must and good knowledge of Dubai roads.
4. Candidates with ability to lead and work alongside team of 3-4 technicians will be preferred – this is a hands-on job!
5. Preferably, some knowledge of suppliers for consumables and spares and ability to negotiate for best pricing.
6. Language Skills - Basic English Required for customer interactions.
7. Knowledge of S. Asian languages highly preferable (Hindi / Urdu / Malayalam)
8. Immediate Joiner - 2 weeks or less as this is an urgent requirement.
9. A "can-do" positive attitude, lots of energy and a smile :)
