Role:
The responsibilities include transporting gear and orders between warehouse to venue sites and back.
Your Tasks:
•Delivery of orders to venue site from warehouse and collection of orders from venue site back to warehouse.
•Delivery & Collection of orders against delivery notes provided and physically verifying receipt
•Payment collection upon delivery, liaising with respective department heads
•Obtain signature and payments, arrange receipts on payments made
•Assist in loading and unloading items from vehicles and pushing boxes
•Following schedules as per the Logistics Manager in Charge
•Plan and follow the most efficient road routes for transport
•Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
•Daily vehicle check and maintenance recording of service, oil change, etc. in vehicle maintenance vehicle logbook
•Report any vehicle issues to Line Manager
•Assist with team members in the preparation of orders if required
Essential Skills:
•Valid UAE Manual Driver’s License for Light vehicles and Trucks
•Minimum of 2 year experience as a driver in the UAE
•Well versed of all routes and roads around the UAE, city streets and addresses
•Excellent driving skills, practice Road Safety
•Accident-free Record
•Ability to work under pressure
•Time-management
•Knowledge of car repairs & maintenance
•Familiarity with Navigation & GPS

•Fluency in the English language
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language

Additional Skills:
•Previous experience in similar event rent production company
•Multilingual
•Health & Safety working safely certification is a plus
