5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
**Education and Certification:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical and plumbing systems is preferred.
