Work Location: Fujairah
We need candidates with experience in the Marine / Shipping Industry or Process Plant industry like Oil & Gas ,Petro Chemical ,Refineries with Electrical Maintenance background in Maintenance of Electrical Pla's
Open to all Nationals

Candidates should have experience in UAE
Salary : AED 9,000 - AED 10,000
Key Result Areas:
• Lead and supervise a well trained and motivated team to achieve scheduled work output (e.g., corrective and preventive interventions)
• Coordinates with Plann to optimize allocation of manpower for daily maintenance activities.
• Responsible for ensuring that work is executed as per plan & schedule.
• Feedbacks to Plann on over-all status of work issued out for execution and highlights items that are not able to execute as planned or scheduled.
• Initiate continuous process improvement by trouble shooting and recommending necessary manpower and recourse support as necessary
• Assures maintenance work at minimal cost
• Ensures work output of team meets SHE and quality standards
• Dealing with Plann in ensuring that necessary resources to complete maintenance activities are made available.
• Keep necessary progress reports for effective hand-over of work
• Inspection and quality assurance of maintenance work by technicians and vendors
• Recommendation of cost optimization options
• Ensuring equipment training is provided to operations department
• Lead investigation in equipment failure analysis and recommendation to prevent recurrence
Coach technicians in self motivation and contribution at work as well as assist in succession planning
