Job Description:
A Bahrain based company is look for suitable candidate to fill in vacancy for position of Sales Supervis with following basic requirements:
Role: Sales Engineer / Supervisor (Male or Female) reporting directly to senior management.
Type: Permanent (full time). Position is available immediately.
Location: Kingdom of Bahrain
Package: Salary (depending on experience) + % commission (on sales target) + Company maintained car + Medical insurance + Annual paid leave + Air ticket as per laws of Bahrain.
Probation Period:
Three months of probation period where first week shall consist of adequate training in workshop, office and field activities to ensure the candidate can work independently.
During this period the company will provide with following facilities to the shortlisted candidate :-
* Minimum basic salary + *Mobile Sim + *Car
Commission, revised salary & associated benefits shall commence upon completion of probation period, based on performance.
Requirements:
• Experience in sal with knowledge of steel fabrication & erection (in Bahrain).
• Well conversant with computer & Microsoft office applications enabling to prepare official documentation including quotations, invoices and daily reports.
• Familiarity with mechanical drawings. AUTOCAD application shall be an advantage.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification will be beneficial.
• Bahraini Driver’s license is a must.
• Must be English speaking and have good basic reading, writing, communication & co-ordination skills. Arabic or other languages will be added advantage.
• We require a candidate with strong leadership skills, who can work independently without constant management.
