Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Education, or a related field
TES certification
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Experience teaching English to non-native speakers
Knowledge of language acquisition theories and best practices in ESL instruction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students
