Nationality : UAE National (Only Sharjah Family Book)
Gender / Age : Male / 28 to 40 yrs. Old
Education : B.Sc. in Environmental Health Sciences / M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences / B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering
Experience : Min. of 5 yrs. relevant work experience as Environmental Specialist / Manager
Salary : As per Sharjah Government, Educational Attainment & Work Experience
General Function:
Overall management and supervision of the Environmental related functions of our organisation, Investors’ project development, related facilitations, reviews and approvals of Investor’s projects, other support functions as Environmentalist.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct & approval E Scoping reports
Handle Customer complaints, further Inspections & necessary recommendations & actions.
Evaluation and Analysis of findings and reports from inspections and incidents.
Direct supervision on the daily / monthly activities of Environmental Inspectors.
Review & Comments for IPP’s licensing applications for incoming new investors projects.
Review, Comments & Provide Recommendations in the submitted Operations & EHS Manuals as and when required.
Internal activities and co-ordination with Safety and Engineering Departments in all Environment, Health and Safety related aspects.
External activities and co-operation with other government agencies, other related nodal agencies, NGO”s and other international bodies including vide necessary co-ordination.
Planning and continual improvement on the Environmental Management & Monitoring Programs
Provide Framework to Develop & implement various concepts to successfully achieve the objectives of our Sustainability Policy Statement.
Required Skill Set:
Excellent communication skills on all fronts (English - Verbal, Written & Listening).
Good interpersonal skills.
· Pays keen attention to details.
