To be successful as an Estimator, you should have a strong background in engineering, construction science or a related field, as well as excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills. You should also be proficient in using various software tools for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
