•Review tender documents, specifications, drawing, procedures etc. and have a thorough understanding of the scope and client requirements.
•Identifies and requests input required from various departments within the organization.
•Estimate resources required for each activity of the work scope.
•Prepare enquiries for subcontractors, receive, and evaluate proposal.
•Prepare cost estimates by incorporating costs of resources required and submit for approval.
•Prepare commercial proposals as per Client requirements.
•Develop technical proposal deliverables as per Client requirements.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
•Fresh Graduates - 3 years of professional experience in Oil & Gas industry
•Fluency in English
•Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
•Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word) skills & Computer Literacy
