•Identification of detail scope of work in the project, preparation for project brief.
•Attending site visits
•Reviewing the received tender doents through specifications, drawings, BOQ, etc.
•Prepare tender queri for clarifications to Clie with regards to any missing or discrepancies in details provided.
•Sending request for quotations (enquiries) to supplie based on project requirements.
•Preparation of comparison sheet & evaluation of subcontractor’s quotations based on specification required
•Initial negotiation with the subcontractors for best prices.
•Quantity take off for the complete civil works for the proje quantities if BOQ provided
•Assisting with the prepare cost estimates for the project.
•Prepare Technical and Commercial Bid with respect to the Instruction to tenderers
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
•More than 4 years of experience
