Must have experience in making the cost estimate of building packages and dealing with specialized agenci packages which include tendering, negotiations etc.
Good command of computer software in the field of estimation & costing.
Good knowledge of market rat of materials and various construction works tendering processes, local conditions and current trends.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
