We are looking for a Female creative, passionate, and driven person to join our marketing team and help expand a growing portfolio of business events. We require a candidate who thrives on developing new business opportunities across exhibition and conference, Events sectors and is comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers.
Job Description:
- Having previous experience in the B2B exhibitions and Events industry
- Building and managing a constantly developing list of relevant leads of potential exhibiting companies and increasing revenue through selling exhibition space and sponsorship
- Driving a consistent weekly sales campaign, working toward the annual event sales target.
- Managing and updating company CRM system
- Introducing and pitching the exhibition to senior decision-makers from SMEs to global corporations through cold calling, as well as to warm existing clients
- Managing new and existing exhibitors to help them achieve maximum ROI from events
- Working with internal teams including marketing and operations for the collective delivery of a successful event
Person Specification:
- Experience in a telephone-based or face-to-face commercial sales role, along with an excellent telephone manner; experience in exhibition or event sponsorship sales is ideal
- Candidates should have B2B sales experience, and driven candidates from a telemarketing background will be considered
- Entrepreneurial, driven, extremely persuasive, and a people person who is sensitive to cultural differences, having strong communication (written, verbal, email) and team-working skills.
- Self-motivated and incredibly well organized, having both the initiative and the ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Strong MS-based IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required, and adept in using social media o connect with relevant prospects
- High proficiency in English communications
- Bachelor's degree holder

Salary: AED2,000 - AED3,500 per month
