Job Summary:
Surveillance of site QC activities, review & implement ITP’s, procedures, drawings,EX-Inspecation of electrical apparatus, etc., raising RFIs / and arranging client inspections, as applicable.
Responsibilities / Authorities:
Conducting Inspection & Testing activities as per approved drawings and ITPs.
Preparing Inspection records.
Identifying and reporting NCRs & Snags to HOD.
Ex-Inspection activity to be performed as per HAZ Drawing
MCP to be followed for Inspection.
Installation shall be performed as per IEC-60079-14
Inspection and maintenance shall be followed as per IEC60079-17
Installation of equipment shall be under IEC-60079-0
TQ shall be raised for and amendment or alteration
DIR shall be raised if required.
Master sheet and inspection sheet shall be recorded (HAER shall be maintained)
Experience of Inspection and Testing of various Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment’s like:
LV, MV & HV Cables
Conduits & Cable Trays
Various HV & LV Panels
Transformer
Lightening & Earthing System
Fire Fighting System
Loop Checking
Testing & Calibration of various instruments
Qualifications
- BE / Diploma (Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering)
Basic Computer knowledge
- Excellent English spoken and written skills.
- Advanced knowledge in computer systems.
- 10+ years’ experience in the similar fil.

- Effectively involve & utilizes each team member to h fullest potential.
- Manages day-to-day Quality Control requirements for on project.
- Implement & support standard policies and procedures.
Accountable for
- Implementing Project QAQC activities.
- Managing project QAQC activities & meet the Clients requirements.
- Accountable for project implementation and performance.
Qualifications
- BE / Diploma (Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering)
